AEnrolment
New or second-hand vehicles must be permanently registered in Spain when they are intended for use on Spanish territory by individuals or organisations resident in Spain or by owners of premises situated in Spain.
BTransfers
Transfer of vehicle ownership at the DGT, whether through handover to a buyer or a direct sale between the owner and the buyer.
CWithdrawals
Permanent deregistration of the vehicle with the DGT due to export or intra-Community transit, or voluntary temporary deregistration requested by the vehicle owner.

EDriving licences and vehicle registration certificates
Application for a replacement licence in the event of theft, loss or damage to the original.
FPenalties
If you have been fined and need to identify the driver responsible for the offence, or to submit a statement of defence or lodge an appeal, please request a copy of your penalty records.
GVehicle refurbishment
Obtaining a vehicle registration certificate for a vehicle that has been permanently taken off the road and declared roadworthy.
HTemporary permits
These must be applied for in order to drive the vehicle where it has been purchased in a province other than that in which it is registered, or where it is to be transferred abroad for the purposes of its permanent registration, or where the vehicle is used for tests and trials for research purposes or for trials with third parties interested in purchasing it.
