Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly do you do in a property sale?

We draw up the deposit agreement, check that the property is up to date with its payments, arrange for the energy performance certificate, calculate and pay the taxes, register the property with the Land Registry and arrange for the utilities to be transferred.

Is it cheaper than doing it myself?

Our aim is to ensure that the process goes smoothly first time round and to avoid additional charges due to errors or missed deadlines.
